MTC8006ESI（-M）Specification V1.0

Mtc8006esi series touch sensing IC is an integrated circuit designed to realize human touch interface. It can replace the mechanical touch button to realize waterproof and dustproof, sealed and isolated, solid and beautiful operation interface. One mtc8006esi can realize 3 to 6 independent keys, and users can use them flexibly according to their needs.

Technical mechanism

Mtc8006esi uses 16bit high-precision CDC (digital capacitance converter) IC to detect the capacitance change on the sensing disk (capacitance sensor) to recognize the touch action of others' fingers. The data output by CDC is processed by the embedded RISC processor with efficient and reliable algorithm. Directly output low-level and high resistance state to indicate key action.

High production efficiency

Just adjust one capacitor CSEL to change the sensitivity of all channels. Less peripheral components and high production efficiency.

Adapt to different thickness panels

The mtc8006esi can adapt to the insulation panel with different thickness of 0-20mm by selecting the appropriate capacitance value of CSEL and adjusting the area of induction disk.
